today, I turned in my two weeks notice to hermitage fitness center. I was pretty much sick over it all day, just the anticipation of having to have the conversation with Vonda. I am just so disgusted at how big and jiggly I've let myself get. this wasn't supposed to happen until I'm at least 40. I am so serious about making a change.
