YAY!!!

And kudos for buying it yourself. I had to do that, too. It wasn't fun to suddenly have no money when I got it, but it's special, you know. You worked for that car!!!

Haha, yeah it is special!!!! I just worry, you know? I have college and things to pay and I only have 12 bucks to pay it with. I don't know what I'm gonna do about insurance :| Luckily my momma is gonna pay insurance for a couple monghs till I get back on my feet again, but still. ONLY TWELVE DOLLARS :(

BUT THEN AGAIN: YAY CAR!!! :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Nice choice! I hope that you haggled the salesman down a lot. I think the car is going to last you a long time. ^_^

Haha, I tried! Came down from 13 grand, so I saved four thousand smackers. I was going for six thousand but the man wouldn't budge, lol.

I hope it does :))) I need for a while.

Yaaay car! Congrats and that car is in great shape.

Although, you may have tried to ransack the internets for a car first. :/ I take it it's your first car and you'd be surprised what's posted online from people in your area. Much cheaper option than a dealership.

But what's done is done, enjoy it!

What the shit is that fuck? No filling up the gas tank? My brother worked in dealerships for 4 years, and every single dealer filled up the tank. :C

Nah, I didn't wanna buy a car from people I don't know. With a Certified Dealer I could get the car's history and a three year warranty in case turns out busted on the car. Buying from a private owner is cheaper, but much more riskier. :/

INORITE. My mom was flabbergasted. She used to be a car sales[wo]man and she was mad, too. :| They washed the car, but didn't fill it up! Ugh. Oh well. My mom filled it up for me and was all "Because you deserve free gas". LOL MY MOM <3

Riskier? Actaully, a lot of people (like my family) keep files on everything that's been done to the car. I bought from a private owner, and altogether paid about $1500 for a great running '93 Jeep Cherokee. It did need work, but it didn't put blow a hole in my bank.

It looks like a great car you got there though, so I wish you the best of luck with it.

That was really nice of your mom, considering today's gas prices. I gag at the gas station.

It's always totally painful to part with so much money at once - it makes you go 'OH GOD WHAT DID I DO?', I know.

But honestly, you have a totally sweet car. It looks like it's in really nice condition even if it has been used and you'll probably get many more years of enjoyment and awesome out of it. <3

*HUGS*

I better for how I paid, lol. But yay it is pretty good for an old-ish car. :)))

Toyota's are a solid car to start with, they're nice. :) What year is it? It certainly can't be THAT old.

Yeah, that's what I've heard.

It's 1999 Toyota Avalon. Almost 10 years :O
