SUMMER HAS BEGUN!

yup, its that time of the week again. monday morning...time for pea's weekend update...

it all started friday night :)

after i whisked over to cassi's rental, dropped off the fridge, i stopped at home to get dolled up for a night of band happiness.

The Madison Crawl is playing at the swing dance at the Lakewood Masonic Temple this Friday. Get Hep Swing runs three monthly dances around town, and Lakewood is a good one. Admission is $10 ($7 for students) and if you show up at 8pm, there's a free beginner's lesson. :-)

This weekend is the first in a while that there hasn't been a nearby out-of-town swing event, so all of the good dancers should be there in force. :-D

I need to chat with you about maybe getting involved in this fagowee
thing :P

Where abouts did you bike? My next goal for biking was to bike to
steelyard commons, but I never even got a chance to map it before
getting ill, so I might do it this upcoming weekend if I feel up to it,
or maybe one of the weekday nights.

why yes, discuss fagowees with the publicity chair :) it my jobbie now!

www.fagowees.org to view the biking schedule. we bike mon/wed.
mondays are more leisurely, west side here and there.
wednesdays are towpath. i havent been, but one group goes nuts, and the other takes it slower that day.
both nights end up at a local watering hole for food and um. water.
of course.

so, CBB and i biked um. lets see. through west park, down to the river, down through the res. following the river, all the way to wallace lake area, then cut up and headed back on big creek, and rounded back up to my place.
