This is so good. I think I needed to read something like this. It's a valid point about mistakes. Arcturus was a big one, but it's not like others haven't made their own (John with waking the Wraith, Carson with that virus, etc...) plus various things that have happened on SG-1.

I love Tyrel and Rich, and I'm curious to see how their arrival shakes things up.

I don't understand why Rodney caught so much heat, but I really think the mistake Elizabeth couldn't forget was that he went around her authority. That's the unforgivable sin. And John... Yeah, I got nothing there.

You've got my attention! I love the originality of the premise that you have started with and the idea that people who take the time to do so can read Rodney, and actually help him out.

I don't like the friction within the team, but that's just the set up for a good story here... I am looking forward to what you have next.

Lots of people love Rodney, but I'm not sure they know how to work with him. Tyrel will get them straightened out... metaphorically anyway.

Fantastic! I really hated the way that canon treated Rodney after Doranda - he deserved support that he just didn't get. I love this take on a fix-it already, and I'm sure that it'll just get better. :)
