The Costco here has some sets of paper punches that could be a lot of fun for scrapbooking and were reasonably priced. I don't know if the US Costcos would have the same but it might be worth a look.

Cool! I'll look. It's definitely seasonal. After summer all the scrapbooking stuff goes on sale as that's when most croppers seem to get all their summer vacation photos and go wild. :-) So it would make a lot of sense that Costco is catching that particular wave.
