You are welcome, I've been wanting this for ages and now I'm excited about all the books in Italian I've been wanting to read but always found to hard to go through with a dictionary :)

Looks like this might be quite useful, thanks for sharing!

As for turning files generated by YouAlign into ebooks, maybe with calibre? Seems YouAlign can generate html files, and calibre can convert html files to ebooks.

I copy the text from the HTML file and then paste it into Word, then turn the DOCX into an epub with Draft2Digital (Calibre also works).

I was able to generate an ePub file using Chinese and English. After merging with YouAlign, I imported the HTM file into Calibre, and then generated a DOCX (Word) file. I then generated an ePub file from the Docx file. (Source selection is top left, output [epub] selection is top right in the calibre "convert books" dialog window. The ePub file has both Chinese and English on the same page.
