From what I understand, it's probably 財團法人護持大乘法脈基金會 敬贈 (or 财团法人护持大乘法脉基金会 敬赠 in simplified characters): “With complements from the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition.”

But my knowledge of Chinese is pretty basic.
