I've been on pins and needles as to how this would end...there are not words for how much I adore this story...and the ending? The ending is awesome, and perfect. Wow. Just wow.

Thank you! I'm very glad you enjoyed the read. As for more...there's always more. It's just finding the time to get it from brain to laptop that is the trick. What I wouldn't give to be able to do Mr. Spock's thought transference trick!

I like the ending. I like the way you haven't made it happily ever after - mainly because I don't think the FFVII-verse really does happily ever afters. They're going to fight, they're going to argue, they're going to bitch at one another, and they're going to knock each other into walls now and then. This isn't going to be the last time Reno has to go off and find Cloud when things have got too emotional - Cloud's had the habit of running away when he's confused and conflicted for far too long to break it easily. I can't ever see this as being an easy relationship for either of them. But that's good, because the good relationships are never the easy ones.

I'll be keeping my eye out for more FFVII-verse writing from you. You've a good eye for character, and a good ear for dialogue, and you write an entertaining plot - all good reasons in my book for keeping a watch.

Thank you very much! I agree. A happily ever after isn't possible when there is so much strife in their lives. Oooh, bad pun. Bad, bad pun. I'm sure there will be more. This was just my first foray into FFVII. As I seem to be one of few, if not the only, writer of Rude/Vincent, I'll probably explore that more, too.
