入醫學院的心得

我很期待儅醫生，十全十力地幫助病人。
我卻不能被錢或地位盲目我當初要進入醫界的原因。
在這幾年，我很遺憾沒有多做一點義工，可是我發覺大學生做義工的時候，都不是帶著想幫助別人的愛心，而是爲了讓以後的application 或 resume 好看一點。

我承認我也不例外。

所以我要重新開始。
既然我已經踏入醫界第一步（被醫學院取錄）我就要做好我的本份。

Yeah... that was the reason I felt Arcadians were such fakers. The "competitiveness" over "volunteer" positions at Methodist hospital and the library were just... ridiculous. So that's why I hated volunteering, and I hated student organizations at Arcadia.

Hence why my mom was so surprised when I did a total 180 regarding student orgs in college...

And yeah, I was just talking about the whole deal about people wanting to be doctors so that they can be rich to one of my mom's friends. We were remarking about how... if that's how society's future doctors will be like... then isn't society a little bit screwed? If doctors are more interested in making money from insurance companies, then won't they be more likely to... say... recommend treatments to you that, while they won't necessarily harm you, you don't necessarily need? It's kinda scary...

Jenny, when you become a doctor, I will come to you for all my health needs. If I am still living. lol.

haha Angela, have faith in me; hopefully I will become a doctor before you reach 100 years old ^_^

I would love to tend to your health needs, as long as you trust me. I will also trust you and all my dear friends to remind me to stay true to my future profession and not become money-hungry and corrupt!
