the past week has been great!
Last weekend was the Northern Party in Tomamae, which is on the west coast of Hokkaido. I drove to Asahikawa with Patrick, and then we went with another ALT, Ben to Tomamae. We took the scenic route to Tomamae, driving along the coast, so it took about 4 hours. But it was beautiful. we even saw a rainbow too ( Read more... ) -

Today I had a great day! First I went to Yasukuni chugakkou in the morning. And then Setose Shogakkou in the afternoon to teach. The kids were cute of course! And I took some pictures of them playing the gokiburi game ( Read more... ) -

Life is precious
Today I found out that my cousin Sharon passed away. She was only 47 or 48, and she had cancer of the liver, stomach, and pancreas. She only found out about this earlier this year - maybe feb. or march. My parents and I are going to drive up to VA this weekend for the funeral ( Read more... )
