Twice a year, we get the consternation about the time change. I wish we'd kept the time change we had until about 5 years ago - it changed on the last Sunday of October & the first Sunday in April. I loved it in early April when all the sudden you had an extra hour of daylight. It was the feeling that, struggling to get to spring we were rewarded with more light (and spring in Wisconsin means, to me, mud, sometimes snow, bleeding heart flowers in early April, & daffodils in late April).
