Nikolas has been watching Jenny with quiet amusement as she runs back and forth. Yes, she's making a mess, but that's hardly important. What's important is the fact that he hasn't seen her this happy about anything since Apollo went missing.
"We'll eat as soon as he's done," he reassures her.

Then she's off, racing back out again and takes a flying leap at Winter. "He's just standing there. He ain't washing and he can't get wetter 'cause he's all wet already."
And suddenly, he has a lap-full of squirming child. A wet, squirming child, at that. He sighed inwardly, glad for once that he could dry his clothes without actually having to change. "Give him a few minutes, Jenny. He'll come out when he's ready."
"But, but, but-" She waves her hands around, wriggles off his lap again and takes off back to the bathroom.
"Daaaad! Get out, Nik'las says we'll eat once you get out!"
There's a laugh, more splashing, some quiet, and Apollo comes out carrying an upsidedown child under one arm. He's hissing water as he goes, and wearing trackpants. Jenny's bundled in a towel. Literally.
