This is the 1st part that I have read & I think it's great. I am definitely going to read the other ones to catch up.

If you don't mind me pointing something out. IMO The font size is a bit small so it does make the story harder to read, especially when it's all together like this. Are all of the part like that ?

Interesting 'verse for sure :) I know how it is when you want things to go in one direction and the characters decide to go their own way.

Have to admit, I was a little ( a lot) alarmed by Jensen's weight 0_0 For men, at 6ft tall, the skinny but healthy range starts at 175 (the average is about 180). And I remember reading in an interview (and tried to find it, but dammit...) Jensen saying he's currently 190 (muscle mass) and looks skinny next to Jared, who he was guessing was topping about 225 now.

So, 115 isn't just a little skeletal, he's Gollum skinny ;)

I continue to love this story - I totally adore Mrs. Padalecki and Mrs. Ackles.

Poor Jensen. Can't believe he's down to 115 - that's anorexic territory for sure, for guys anyway. He so needs to pack on the pounds while Jared needs to deal with his anger issues. lol

Anyway, great update. Can't wait for more.

Awww, Thank you. I'm loving their characters so much. They're so much fun.

I know. It is, it's a dangerous weight. But it's the first time I went into any detail of exactly how much weight he'd lost and where his mind set is and I hope to get just a bit more into that. It draws concern, his current weight, but he realizes it's low... and then the stress of Steve.

So nice to see more of this verse. At first I was a little mad at Jared for fighting, mostly because he did seem to be regressing so much to the rotten bully he seems to have been when they were in high school. But then it works out. You think about it, and it's pretty clear that Jared has addopted Jensen as a sort of little brother by proxy. He can't look out for his own little brother in all the ways that he wants to, but he can try to make sure that Jensen's OK. But sometimes, Jared just doesn't understand how to go about doing it, or he forgets to try putting himself in other people's shoes. So, the fighting came off as a very good and very necessary release of some of the tension an pain and angst and anger and frustration they've been carrying around.

Can't wait to see where it will go from here! Do hope that the boys get together as more than friends, but mostly, I just want to see them happy and healthy and relatively well put-together.

The reason that I kept the scene of them fighting (and followed the path it lead me down) was mainly to show the idea that no one truly changes, not in such a short time.

Hey, I never thought of it that way, but yes, it does seem like Jared's adopted Jensen. It's kinda sweet, in that view. =D

That is a big issue with me right now, and one of the side reasons as to why I'm still on the fence if they will get together or just become good friends. Because there's the whole aspect that both of them need to be put together.
