Aw, this really gives me the warm fuzzies! I love the way Gene looks after Sam, so patient even when Sam gets snarky. I've already re-read this a few times, and downloaded it to my Kindle so I can read it any time I want to :)

And it's just as well the Test Card Girl has stopped visiting - falling out of bed is the last thing Sam needs at the moment!

Awww dang I'm blushing a little, thanks! <333 I know I said it in my notes but I LOVED getting to write this (there are some cut scenes that I might put into a ficlet set that focus on more of the whump and the hospital time but it's still pretty sketchy at this moment sorry I like to ramble!). You can get so much out of their relationship and the love and the complicated feels. This was a joy to write and a greater joy to share.
