Well, lately not 'most of the time', just 'when Neric is not there', since Ravin CAN see in the dark and uses that talent often: like right now, sitting on the bed propped in a few pillows, reading a book.
So, this is what peace and happiness feels like... she definitely could get used to it.

Ravin enters her room, leaving the door open for Alex to follow in and close it. It is a fairly spartan place, a couch, bed, closet, a bookshelf, and a door to the bathroom. She stops in the middle of the room, and smiles to her new friend.
