On one hand, one could claim that things never happen unless they are recorded.   On the other hand, one could claim that although things are recorded, it is possible that they never happened.

I will try to stick to the recording of things that happen.

Today I worked the opening shift (with Lizzie). I went home and fed the cat, and we went to Maharaja and talked about feeling crazy. Last night Emilio said my life is so ridiculous that I should really keep a journal.

I don't know about ridiculous, but yeah I probably should.

I think I just cried though my nose.

So I finally found an answer to the question that has plagued me for years. Why do sweaty old people always smell strangely alike?

It's the polyester in their clothes combined with the lack of desire/reason to wear deodorant anymore. What a phenomenally comforting discovery.

I have a functional cell phone again. This is the fourth one of its kind (thanks to ebay, twice). I thought it was the third but remembered replacing it once, shortly after dropping it in the toilet of the Big House the day before Erin left for school in August 2005.
