I don't think banging your head on things will help.

Maybe try medicine? Excedrin usually works pretty well for headaches, if you have any around. If not, maybe get some caffeine into your system and have a lie down in a quiet, dark place?

Yeah, I know, I'm just frustrated at the bad timing.

I took some Syndol, which usually helps, and lay down for half an hour or so in the dark. It's a bit better now, but I'm probably going to have to go sleep early ;~;
