hitting the gym to release stress is not nearly as effective as hitting the people who caused the stress to begin with.
i haven't tried that solution, but it sounds attractive.

My building's secretary has a "the floggings will continue until morale improves" sign up. I try not to comment...

I've heard that it's better to hit them with an object. That way you don't hurt your hand.

I guess it depends on your take on the concept of delayed gratification.
Also, it would be funny to make assumptions about a workplace based on how buff everyone is.
