Sweet, and a bit sad. Very emotional, and well-written. Thanks for sharing!

So sad, but at least they end up together, though I totally thought they wouldn't all the way through. Was a pleasant suprise :)

Lovely to work with you once again *smiles*

Likewise! I love how you capture my stories in graphic form, it's always interesting to see what you make of the title or the storyline.

Doesn't hurt that they're pretty, too. ;)

"Star Gate" the musical, and John playing Jack made me laugh! Can't quite decide if Rodney's "partner" who's absent from the Pultizer award ceremony is John or not -- part of me likes the "happy" ending where Rodney proves to John there's more to life than the stage, but another part of me keeps thinking it's more realistic if their two discrete pov never quite align.

Yes, it's kind of a reader's choice ending. I like that kind of thing, and a truly 'happy' ending would have made me feel uncomfortable for this one - I don't think it would have fit.

*stunned* First reference I have ever seen to von Willebrand's outside of the pamphlets someone in the medical profession gave me. I usually have to explain it to the GPs! Cool!

...I thought the amount of major surgery you could have depended on whether it was Type I, II or III?

I can totally see John wanting just one thing in his life, and giving up when he's lost it. I don't necessarily like it, but I can see it happening. The loops of how they came together and apart again were neat, too.

I have no idea about types I to III or the disease as such - I just had very amazing research help when I looked for medical reasons that would prevent someone from undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery. :)

And thank you, glad you liked this.

Wow, that was a cool story! Very emotional and a few lines really touched me.

My pessimist-heart though says that Rodney's partner wasn't John. I don't know. I think they came together again after all.

Thanks for sharing *huggles*

I'm always making much sense [/sarcasm]

Of course I meant "I don't think they came together again after all".

*blushes*

*sniggers* No worries, I got what you meant.

And, well, you choose your ending. I like to think that his partner was John, but I'll admit it's not all that likely. Then again, who knows? :)

I like to think that Rodney kicked some sense into John :)
