Welcome to the final round of lantis_lims!
Given SGA had five seasons, it seems fitting for lantis to end after five rounds. This means this round is your last chance to join. All good things comes to an end.
As usual, you will notice a new layout and colour scheme (by moi), new user info, and an updated sidebar with links to the caps for the first ten weeks.
Okay, let's get the admin stuff out of the way.
Sign-ups are open for the following two weeks.
The Lowdown:
lantis_lims is a LIMS competition for SGA, with no focus on one specific character or episode. Each week participants are provided with between 5-12 caps and are assigned the task of making one icon entry unless otherwise stated. These caps may be chosen by theme, gender, episode, colour etc. You will be informed of the challenge requirements.
This round I have decided to allow the use spoilerish caps from S5, so please factor this into your decision to participate.
Each challenge is open for five days, with voting commencing after and lasting two days. Hence, each challenge lasts a week in total. I usually run the challenges by a set schedule.
Results are announced after the voting deadline and, as is the nature of LIMS, participants are eliminated. At lantis_lims, two users are eliminated per challenge - unless there are ties. In additional, two users are selected by voters for Members' Choice and two users are selected by me for Mod's Choice.

Last sign-up I wrote a section about the nature of LIMS and what to expect regarding crit and voting. I have decided not to reuse that section because it's all fairly obvious; however, I would like to mention one thing - lantis does not support dramatics. I'm not going to reply to someone who says, "I know when my icons aren't wanted. I just don't have a place here." I'm sorry if I sound harsh, but lantis just isn't that type of comm. We're here for crit, pleasure, and meeting other iconmakers.
