Mmmm. I love the smell of old books. I always prefer getting used books to new ones. Used are usually cheaper too.

The thing I like about new books is that people haven't written all over them. If a used book could be in perfect condition the way I keep mine, then I'd be happy, but most aren't. But I've found some great used books too.

i often fall asleep amidst a pile of books. the bedspread is like 95% books - 5% enough room for athanata fetal position :-P
