This was really lovely. I especially liked Sirius's explanation of why he likes the painting and doesn't like the windows. A lot of emotion here but I like the way it's slightly restrained.

Very sweet and beautiful. I love the realism in their emotions. My husband is currently stuck doing business in another country, and every night I lay awake until the wee hours of the morning, because it hurts too much to sleep alone. You captured that ache beautifully. Thank you for this sweet little piece that struck such a cord in me.
