Oh, the Elinor/Edward cuteness-turned-angst. Especially in the almost proposal scene - you just know that he wants to, but he's too respectful of his secret engagement. All noble and bound by duty... But poor Elinor - she was so hoping against hope for much more.,,

I've decided to just ignore every random "sexy" scene AD puts in these adaptations. Hopefully someday he will figure out how pointless they are...I'm quite willing to watch something that has no sex in it, thank you very much. ;)

I'm quite enjoying it, though! I think the entire cast has been wonderful so far, not to mention Dan Stevens and Dominic Cooper are both lovely to look at. :)

Haha, I'm glad! That fat kid is one of my favorite parts (although he's not listed in the cast on imdb.com!)

I totally watch these series via the internet fairy b/c I'm too impatient for them to come to the US. It's supposed air here in March, though. :)

I can't wait to see it now, just for this fat kid. At first it was for Jane Austen and Dan Stevens and all that fun stuff but now it's all about that fat kid. XD

So I've read. Part of the Jane Austen Masterpiece on PBS. I think I can wait that long. I'll flail over your picspasms in the meantime. :D

Haha, nice picspam! I just saw this, and I approve so far. However, the age difference between Marianne and Brandon are a little too obvious (andcreepy). With Alan Rickman and Kate Winslet ... still same age difference but Kate just looked older and Alan was too hot to be that old. :P All I can think of when I see this Brandon is crazystalkerguy from Our Mutual Friend. And this Marianne really looks sixteen. :l

And you know, the beginning scene with the sex and all that was pretty crazy. (I thought I was watching the wrong show.)

Well, the age difference between Marianne and Brandon doesn't bother me so much anymore. Emma and Knightley are just as far apart yet most people don't remark on it. I guess Marianne being only 17 is what makes it kind of weird. But I agree about Alan Rickman - he can stalk me anytime. ;)
