[Celes whirls around to face the person in her backyard. If he's expecting embarrassment, there isn't an iota of it. She puts her sword away and tosses her hair off her shoulders.]

Do you normally trespass?

[lady_general]

[Somehow, Celes is not surprised. She puts her hands on her hips.] At least you're honest about it. Are you looking for the man that lives here? He's at work.

[lady_general]

[Celes finishes what would be a most-likely fatal blow and turns to almost-nearly-not-quite smile at Edgar.] The mail, believe it or not. And look: I've all my fingers and toes.

[Edgar self-consciously rubs his scalp, which still has very short hair on it.] No suspicious gaping holes in your memory? No missing organs? Well that should definitely come in handy. I wish I had a sword, or just any kind of weapon, really.

The only gaping holes in my memory are the ones you and the child, Relm, claim are there. And I think I'd know if I was missing something vital. [She crosses the yard and eyes him over carefully.]
