When you add the icon to your LJ list there's the option to add Comments. Write something like this in the Comments Box:

made by *lj user=l_o_v_e_icons*

But replace the *'s with the tag brackets (if I do it here it'll make it a tag and you won't see what was within)

And then if people check out your icons they'll see the credit! Hope that made sense.
