Hmm, difficult. Slaughterhouse Five is a classic, Cat's Cradle is also awesome while Breakfast of Champions is very funny. Or you could check out Welcome to the Monkey House which is a collection of short stories to see if you like his style.

I've got a couple of his books in ebook-format (well, mostly as PDFs), i can upload them if you like.
