Opinion: Abortion

Roe vs Wade is being threatened again. It has been limited till it was chipped to pieces. Now there is a push to repeal it completely. Roe vs Wade is about choice not abortion. Pro-life people will say it's murder. I can understand their point of view. They don't seem to understand the whole issue. It's not about wanting to get rid of a child.

If outsiders can prevent a woman from making her choices about her own body, then they should be ready to help provide a good life for a child.

And they're not interested in doing that, either. Social services in this country are a joke.

Social services are overwhelmed and underpaid. The system is so flawed. It's corrupt in many ways. Good people try hard, but so often their hands are tied in red tape. Then you have some who just don't care. The children in the camps who were separated from families will be destroyed in so many ways. They will be adults in the future and I fear how they will react.
