I love Sherlock and this is great. It really reads like him. I loved his thoughts about his mother (and the bit where he calls the funeral dull - it seems so him). Also the early parent/teacher meeting rang very true.

Thank you! I am glad that it rings true both as Sherlock and as interactions the various people in his life would have!

And as a teacher, I have probably *said* those things about children -- in a nicer way, of course. Though not about a student quite like Sherlock. :)
