Let me just start this off by saying, I loved it so freaking much.
I'm not a B2UTY, not a BEAST fan by any form, and to be honest I can't even recognise all the members, but that didn't stop me from enjoying this fic at all.

When I first thought the prompt was interpreted to be - simply what it is, a music video, I was a bit apprehensive and :/ish about it. It felt like a really cheap way of getting the prompt over with. But when Junhyung and Yoseob started talking about what they think the MV means to each of them I went, "Oh. Oh that's a good one." And I really love your skeptical Junhyung and your idealistic Yoseob. I can't say if it's an accurate representation of them irl, but I like them the way you wrote them to be.
And let me just say I couldn't help but burst out laughing at “He wouldn’t answer my calls,” Junhyung says plaintively. I c what u did there hurh hurh XDD

also re: I admire how you brought the reality factor into this with Yoseob's one insecurity behind his self-assured front: i'm really happy that this felt realistic to you.

i'm really glad i waited to read and comment on it! it was well worth the wait, and the only things i regret about commenting this later is the embarrassing public comment and not giving your prior feedback .____. but you are a literary buff, so you don't need me

“Have you ever found it ironic that Kikwang is in lighting when he isn’t that bright?” i can see our conversations in this cries. or whenever you try teaching beast to me.

i actually really liked how you used the prompt and how it didn't become a cheap way of using the prompt. so basically before i repeat what the comment above said, it's creative how junhyung keeps focusing on the mv and yoseob teaches him a different way to look at it.

ALSO I REALLY LIKE QUOTING THE FUNNY LINES IN THIS FIC. mostly, this one: “Is she going to grab the streamers for help while he’s killing her?” i really shouldn't have been laughing so hard at my screen when i read this, but god, i really do understand junhyung in this fic. and i've had many opportunities to quote that line in other places

The sheer length of this makes me smile. Despite not knowing Beast very well(/at all) every fandom deserves long fic.

I don't know what else I can say besides I love this. I don't know Beast very well but oh god, they were so cute together. From Junhyung's perpetual moodiness and tendency to behave like an old man, to Doojoon's long suffering tolerance of Junhyung (“I do find it ironic that you don’t bring a pillow and blanket with you to work every day.” aklsdnf;asklnf lol), to Yoseob's never!! ending!! cheerfulness!!!!!!!! and of course what Beast fic is complete without a Kikwang joke? (“Have you ever found it ironic that Kikwang is in lighting when he isn’t that bright?”)

The pacing is awesome, the writing is awesome, the dialogue is wonderful -- I absolutely adored this fic. Pls write moarrrr :3

First of all I want to say that I am not sure what is this Kpopolymfics, sorry I am just here cause I was searching for Beast fics... so I'll just comment on the fic.

I have been a Beast fan for a long time, Junseob has been a pairing that had risen rapidly as a popular pairing in the past year, but good fics of this pair have been hard to find. Oh gosh how I adore well written long fics - which is most certainly far and in between for Junseob. This is not overly cute nor angsty, just the right balance of both, and I really like Junhyung and Yoseob interactions, as well as the mish mash of other characters who cameo-ed.

This is a crappy comment, sorry, but I think my main point is I really enjoyed reading the fic!

seriously. and I love all the relationships juju has with different people in this au :( especially with doojoon and hyunseung (so tortured omg :(), because they are priceless. and obviously with yoseob.
