Involves Channel Mixer.



Begin with your base:



Duplicate your base and set the layer to SCREEN 100% (or whatever is bright enough):



Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>COLOR BALANCE, enter in:
MIDTONES: -21, -29, 39
SHADOWS: -71, -27, 31
NO HIGHLIGHTS



Create ANOTHER COLOR BALANCE layer, enter in:
MIDTONES: -32, -11, 13
SHADOWS: -11, 15, 17
NO HIGHLIGHTS



Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>CHANNEL MIXER, enter in:
RED: 84, 22, -8, 0
GREEN: -4, 96, 12, 0
BLUE: -18, 12, 86, 4



Create a new layer filled with #afb8ff and set the layer to COLOR BURN 100%:

Create a new layer filled with #f7cece and set the layer to SOFT LIGHT 100%:

Create a new layer filled with #dd9f9f and set the layer to OVERLAY 36%:

Create a new layer filled with #252b3c and set the layer to EXCLUSION 100%:

Now, go back to your base, duplicate it, drag it alllll the way to the top of the layers and set it to SOFT LIGHT 100%:
