Roxas laid so still against the metal table, strapped down like the tool that he was, arms open and legs spread and skin exposed. Vexen circled the table leisurely as he scribbled on a worn clipboard and scrutinized the fidgeting body. In irritation, he created a blunt icicle and rammed it into Roxas' stomach, resulting in a groan of pain and a stillness in movement. He made one last note before setting the clipboard aside and dismissing the icicle. One gloved hand traced down Roxas' torso and up again to his face, blue eyes watching everything.

"Oh, what a pity that you should be cursed with such eyes," Vexen snarled, a thumb smoothing over Roxas' eyelids with a little too much force. "I can almost smell the defiance, and the very thought makes me want to puke.Vexen, without warning, undid the clamps over Roxas' ankles, though Roxas dared not move. A veteran scientist like Vexen took the precautionary measure of conditioning, for fear was the tastiest aspect of examination. And, of, he wouldn't miss it for the world the way Roxas

So, composed, he pulled out and climbed off the table. He inspected an array of tools on a nearby counter, inspecting a particular one in consideration. Deeming it passable, Vexen made his way back to Roxas' form, whose toes were curling in something he hoped was fear. Oh, how he grinned.

With one hand, he held Roxas' eyelids open. Vexen then slid the tool within the crevice of Roxas' eye cavity with the precision of a doctor. Screams filled the small, cold room, but he continued on. The slim tool was in just deep enough - at this point, Roxas was crying, begging - and with a little jiggling, he was able to push the eyeball out of its socket. Vexen only laughed as he grabbed the eye and tore it completely from Roxas' body. Body fluids ran down Roaxs' face, and he allowed the eyelids to close over the gaping socket as he admired the eyeball in his gloved hands. The blue pupil stared neutrally at him
