Being bovine, I have always had a soft spot for cows and buffalo.

As the Bejing Olympics draw to an end, imagine my delight when I see that the official mascot ( 福娃 fúwá) for the Beijing Summer Paralympics is a cow! :)

They're all adorable - although the favourite of many people is Jing Jing. I like Le Le the Paralympic mascot the most :)
