Finn-ish is finished!

Woo hoo, I finished both of my Finn-ish socks! Unfortunately wasn't able to get a photo of the pair because as soon as one was off the needles, it went to Sock Summit and then to Susanna Hansson as a sample. I got to enjoy the second sock for a while and then it went to my LYS as a sample. Some day I'll have them back and maybe I'll even wear them ( Read more... )

OMG, those are gorgeous! I've added to my Rav Faves. Maybe I can learn enough colorwork to do this

I wouldn't put them on hold while you learn other things if you really like them. This colorwork technique is really kind of different from others, and actually I think it might be a little easier to execute correctly.
