I'm on my way to a smokin' hot bod!

Thanks hun. *hug*

But no, I would not be caught DEAD in barely-there clothing right now. I need toning and to lose a little extra flab to be completely comfortable in something skin tight.

I'm working toward being able to wear a skin tight suit for a Harley Quinn costume. Right now, that would be a BAD idea.

Aaaw! <3 *HUGS* You are too sweet to me. I know I don't have too far to go in the body image category, but I have packed on a few extra pounds of late (which is why you haven't seen any recent photos of me since October! ^_^;)

I'm just trying to tone up for DragonCon and some SUPER tight costumes I'll be attempting to wear.

My advise, for what it's worth, when working out try to super set your workout with some weights. Do a set of upper body (12 reps with a challenging weight) then lower body abbs or legs. 3 sets them move on to another exercise.
this site might help if you run into road blocks there are many articles on different ways to work out.

When eating the best thing you can do is know your calorie intake. Set a daily goal and tried and hit it. When I shed my weight I counted every calorie for about 3 or 4 months. Dropped 37 pounds, 10 the first month.

Problem I am having now is that i'm trying to gain some weight back to gain more muscle, while still eating clean. took me a year to put on 5 pounds.

I hope you have much success.
