across the road from my house there lives an elderly lady - i don't see her very often as she's not too spry on her feet - this morning was an exception - i watched her come down her dirt drive escorted by her cat - literally escorted by her cat - the cat walked beside her the whole way, waited while she checked her letter box and then walked back

Our old momma kittie who is around 16 years old has a morning ritual she shares with my husband in the morning. As he read the morning paper on our front couch, she rubs her head and chin on his feet.
