i have the same recurring dream at least 4 or 5 times a week, its always the same and it always waked me out of my sleep with a jolt with the same panic. i think the moods i am in generally in my life does effect how often these dreams come

That sounds quite scary actually, to have a recurring dream that often. I have themes that pop up over and over again, but usually with long gaps in between. And I don't really have nightmares very often at all. To wake up in a panic must be really awful.
