There's an AU of an AU (mirror!verse), but Kirk's actually not bad in it. Spock's a prostitute against his will and there are references to past child abuse, but the Kirk/Spock interaction is actually lovely for the most part (there's one scene that borders on dub-con between them). This might be darker than you want, obviously, but here it is:

Almost all Kirk/McCoy mirrorverse fic is top!Kirk. Check out issenterprise for that fic. And canis_takahari's fic is mostly top!Kirk (and she's amazing, so I definitely rec all of her stuff). Ummmm. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
