Following that train of logic, I should be pissed about HJO voicing Sora, because he voiced some dudes in Disney movies when he was a kid.

In fact, I should be super pissed -- I've never seen Camp Rock, but I sure as hell know it's better than Hunchback of Notre Dame 2 was.

Both companies have their flaws in terms of products. Rabid Disney-fans and Square-fans alike have the same potential to be annoying.

People were bawwing when they got pop stars to be in the game, too. Jesse McCartney, Mandy Moore, Lance Bass, etc. THERE'S ALWAYS GOING TO BE SOMETHING.

The amusing part there is that Mandy Moore did a better voice for Aerith in KH1 than whoever they got for her in KH2. And Lance Bass voicing Sephiroth still amuses me.

I was a little sad that rant was baleeted. But I think they got the point, orz.

Namine's new VA is.. close to Brittany Snow, but she's slightly deeper and definitely does have a twang here and there. It made her perfect for Disney Channel's new midwestern/southern push (so many people with accents! it is as if they are trying to represent more than just the East/West coast of the U.S., man) buuuuut kind of stands out in KH, where the only person with an accent per se was probably Cid. So.

I don't think the Disney bashing of KH will ever stop. :\ I don't think people quite understand that KH would not be the same game without all the Disney. Final Fantasy has its own brilliance, but if KH was about Sora going to Midgar and chillin' before he heads over to Zanarkand? I don't know if it would have the same effect.
