My expertise in music comes mostly from video games and anime. :p

Roxas - Key of the Twilight from .hack//SIGN. I always equate it with him, and not just because it has the word "twilight" in it.

Axel - It Doesn't Matter (Theme of SONIC) from Sonic Adventure. I always saw lots of similarities between Sonic and Axel for some reason. And the lyrics have that touch of arrogance that is so Axel.

...actually, while I'm at it, let me throw in Throw It All Away for Xehanort's Heartless.

Namine - Wind's Nocturne from Lunar Silver Star. It suits her perfectly.

Key of the Twilight is just so ironically right for Roxas. It's just this big massive coincidence that the character it refers to is in a very similar situation, so it works.
