I know it's not really what you're looking for, but I once wrote a short fic the had Luxord and Lexaeus in it. It's pretty meh but check it out if you want.

Decent Lexaeus fic does exist, but you really have to dig for it. There is fic of him on ff.net, but you have to use the summary search to find it since he isn't on the list. A good percentage of the Lexaeus centric fic out there is Lex/Zex, though many (but not all) of those are, well, your standard cliched ooc pairing fics. He doesn't get paired up much besides with Zexion, probably because he's not considered hot enough by most of fandom to pair up "just because."

Which is sad because manga!Lexaeus is just begging to be paired with Vexen. He's just too adorable when he's crying about Vexen being ignored by the Organization newbs.

FF.net is notorious for completely leaving out big characters in their filters. In another fandom, several of the MAIN VILLAINS are simply left out of the filter list, though if you do a regular search for their names in fic summaries, there are dozens of fics about them. Sigh.
