Special Lettering

Ok, I know it's been ranted about that special characters in the title is generally a Bad Idea. Half the time they don't show up, and, when they do, they make everyone squint and go "Come again?"

I've got news for you, fanbrat. Writing out nearly your entire story/poem in special characters is not merely a Bad Idea, it's a BAD IDEA!! And, okay, ( Read more... )

If English isn't their first language, why are they taking it upon themselves to make it even harder to write in English than it already is?!

It sounds like an excuse: "Please ignore the fact that I've done this just to look "cool" because I don't speak English as a first language."

Ugh, how stupid!

Oh, it's not Greek!alphabet unreadable. You know the weird "c" in "facade"? For an entire, like, five lines of their six or so line fic/poem, all the letters are written like that. It's distracting and . . . fuzzy. The last line is bolded and underlined in normal text.
