There's something very odd about the fact that part of the reason I'm having such a good day is that I'm going to go home & cook after work. I'm looking forward to it - to trying my hand at low-fat ice cream (why do all the recipes call for the evaporated milk & unflavored gelatin I spurned at goingdriftless' food giveaway?!), making a loaf of bread that cooks
