Well, he took concubines only to produce his heirs, thus never loved any one of them. The woman he loved was long dead. Besides, he couln't even tell Suzuran he loved her in order to save his own life. So, I guess he wasn't a womanizer, but just..., I don't know, indifferent?
I think she appeared in the short story in Vol.7 of The Beans. She was Ou Ki's older sister, and her name was Onihime. She was the black wolf before Shouka.
No, I don't think anyone posted anything about this one. It was published in a magazine (The Beans) a little over a year ago. I will probably be published in a gaiden book soon (I hope).
I wrote about Ou Ki in some responses, but currently, he is the head of Monka-shou, and the one who is behind Shuurei's misfortune when she comes back to Kiyou. I don't think Onihime appeared in any books. There is a mention in one of the books that Senka did not love any of his concubines because he loved one woman all his life and she died long ago, but the name wasn't mentioned.
...I was going to offer you my soul or my firstborn, but as I'm fairly sure you want neither, I offer you my eternal gratitude and your choice of shinies, if you should wish a doodle or somesuch from me.
I am very glad it helped you understand Saiunkoku better:)
Especially recently, the Saiunkoku plots tend to be too confusing, and sometimes seem unnecessary complex. I hope the author will be able to tie them together at the end.

Damn Emperor Senka must have been a Stud muffin (one try bang he gets them pregnant...but he also sounds like a womanizer?)
