*choke* ;__;

Never thought I'd read a Logan/Rogue that made me wibble so much. The humor in the beginning was awesome - Logan's 'first draft'. /Dear Vassar. Marie’s a great kid. Helluva right hook. You'd be out of your ever-loving ivy league minds if you didn’t take her at your school. Kind Regards, Logan./ XD!!!! LMAO I would so see that from him. <3

But omg, his actual letter . . . ;_; And Marie only crying a little and Logan . . .! My absolute favorite line : (She never shied away from hugging him, from touching him, like she does with the others. It’s because she thinks she can’t hurt him. [And, to be fair, her powers can’t. But, like all of the women in Logan’s life before her, now that he’s let her in, there is always some capacity for hurt. She doesn’t realize this, of course.])

*chokes all over again* Darn you, now I must search for more Logan/Marie. <3

That was totally the first line I started with in this fic, and worked from there. <3 Thanks for reading hun!

Great story. You know, I really, really miss X-Men:Evolution. It was canceled far too soon -- just as the show really matured into something extremely good. And whenever I read a fic of this quality, one that gets the characters so well, I miss it even more.

You know, I can see a disheveled Logan sitting at a desk, crumpled balls of yellow legal paper overflowing the desk's surface and onto the floor, as he works all night long to get this one letter just right.

<3 Thank you for reading, and for the kind comments!
