I love it Kel, I think it is just the right kind of angst to go with the episode. What she couldn’t get past was the humiliation, putting herself out there, taking that leap only to be met with a blank stare. Kendall just gave her the out she was looking for.

That right there is classic Veronica, you nailed her character right on the head. Fantastic, I hope that this was somewhat lethargic for you. Don't worry it has to get better. And if it doesn't there is always fic to fix it. Remember season five of DC, fic made it SO much better!

Thanks Janelle! I'm glad you think I got Veronica right. This time it was actually easier to get into her head, even if it made my hurt heart. It was therapeutic to write this. And really, even though they kill me, I love the angst. It's a sickness, I think.

that was wonderful. I agree, I think Veronica was far more hurt by the humiliation of it all then Logan sleeping with Kendall. She was finally ready to put herself out there, and it floped dead in front of her.

Guh. I just can't wait to see how they handle this. Logan *knows* now. He knows she still cares. And she knows he still cares. They have both confessed, and that's going to be hard for them.

How soon till the next episode?

Thank you!

I can't even speculate what they're going to do with them. They have so many other loose ends to tie up, but for some reason I have this strong feeling they're not going to just shove them under the rug. They've kind of done that the entire season, but like you said, it's all out there now, so I don't think they can go back to how things were throughout any part of this season. I'm really curious to see what they do.

Great job and I agree...Veronica maybe disappointed in Logan that he booty-called Kendall, but she was definitely hurt and humiliated that she put herself out there and trusted in the depth of Logan's feelings enough that she was willing to risk a possible relationship with him again. The ball is now in his court to convince Veronica that regardless of anything else, she can still trust that the depth of his feelings for her are real, not matter what he did with Kendall when he thought Veronica had rejected him again.

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it!

I completely agree with this. Kendall certainly doesn't help matters, but the fact that Logan had no memory of what he said is the real hurt for Veronica, and she's not going to be easily convinced, even though I think deep down she has to know he meant what he said. I'm afraid they're going to have her retreat again, much further than she did before.

God, I hope I'm wrong.

This...was heartbreaking, just like the episode. Loved this line:

arms protectively wrapped around as if trying to hold herself together, keep from falling apart

It painted Veronica so well. That yeah, she seems like a hard ass but when we get to see her vunerable, we see her like this. Amazing work.

I'm always worried about not getting Veronica right, since she can be very hard to pin down, so the fact you could picture her makes me very happy. Thanks so much for reading this, and for your thoughtful comments.
