All my pins are now in the costume I'm making for the next Madrigal event. (Almost all, anyway -- there are several things in the hopelessly backlogged projects in progress box that probably have some pins in them.) I stopped on the way home from the staff meeting to get more pins, as I ran out most of the way through a hemline. I hope I haven't

Yeah, I went a little mad. It's not even a crazy flashy costume or anything, there's just a lot of hemming to do. :)

and sadly you didn't need it. I didn't get tabards done I was supposed to do to bathroom foo...but they weren't needed either.

Radiant in particular: aieee, I have nothing to wear! Also, I have no familiarity with the setting & would want to do a lot of reading before I'd be comfortable.

My weekend larping is limited on three things -- time away from work, transportation, and fanaticism about not missing events. I work Friday evenings and some Saturdays (second shift), so a weekend event takes at least one and often two days off. I'm not car-enabled, so I have to arrange transportation, and the fine fellow who takes me to Madrigal isn't currently interested in any other games that I am. (I'm considering trying to bribe him into trying out Endgame with a camo cloak, if I ever catch up on my other sewing.) Missing events drives me batty, so even with the first two taken care of, I wouldn't want to sign up for games that would conflict more than once in a blue moon ...
