I had a fantastic arm and back workout this morning. My arms feel like Hulk arms right now, but I'm sure they will be jelly within the next two days... I just took my time and did some extra reps and really concentrated on the muscles each exercise was working and tried to milk as much umph as I could out of every rep

Glad to see you're sticking to your plan and planning for things you know you want. And yes, cheat days are good to build in. Humans don't do well with deprivation.
