I went through a phase where I felt that school was really unnecessary as I'm sure many others have gone through. For a couple years it seemed as if people and books and poems were screaming the idea that school isn't necessary. We should just attempt to accomplish what we can without school or to try and live our lives starting now. I have a

Haha I took College Writing at a local community college right after graduating from high school and stopped going after just a couple weeks. I've never felt that college is a waste of time; I just didn't have proper motivation to go. I didn't know what I wanted to do and I didn't want to commit all of that time and money to just spin my wheels like so many others I'd seen did when I could be working full-time, moving out on my own and enjoying time with friends. I sometimes think of going back, but I'm still not sure what to take. Anyway, I'm glad it's going so well for you and wish you the best of luck going forward.
