Grading systems here go from 0 - 10 (10 is perfect score).

I was dumb when I finished my surgery internship a couple months ago. For my final grading I got two 7 and two 8, and the surgeon forgot to fill in the final grade (Usually this makes an average 7.5 and depending on the mood of the grader, one will get a 7 or 8).
