Ah, okay, I get what Empire Earth is now. I was thinking movie, for some reason.

I've heard Loreena sing before...I think she was featured on Highlander the series before...ironically in a flashback scene that took place in Scotland. I'm pretty sure it was her, she always comes to mind regarding Highlander anyway.

I LOVE Renaissance Festivals! I go to the Kansas City Renfest every year, multiple times if possible. I agree with you, it's a good way to escape. I really do feel like I step back in time when I enter the village/set of ours!
I also dress up, usually as a pirate or gypsy, lol! So much fun!!! I'm no Rennie per say, but I'd sure like to be!

My uncle and I had a very lengthy conversation on String Theory once. I had only heard it but he explained it and his views on it to me. I have to admit it's very interesting.

I loved Loreena in the '90s - haven't kept up w/her, though.

Her last album before her 2006 one was in 1999. Her latest one isn't her best. There are a couple pieces on there I absolutely love, but a lot of it seems like a knock-off of her earlier stuff.
